Picnic in the Park on February 21!
Bring your family and come celebrate the planting of nearly 50 trees in our neighborhood. The event will be from 1:00-3:00 at the Park on 27th and Flower. We will be hosting a pot-luck cookout with hot dogs, burgers and chips. Bring chairs or a blanket and something to share if you’d like. Meet representatives from the City, the PHA Board and get to know your neighbors.
Resources for Safe Tree Removal
The Canopy Grant does not provide. for tree removal. We continue to work with the City of Phoenix for options too remove dead, dying or dangerous trees. These companies have toured our neighborhood and are familiar with safe tree removal procedures. Check back here for more information. As we receive updates, we will post them here.
